1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Backup Paradise LDA in the field of management, maintenance, and support services for holiday properties in Madeira.
2. Services
The services offered include, in particular, interior design, renovation work, housekeeping, pool maintenance, and relocation assistance. The type and scope of services are agreed upon individually.
3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
Offers are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is only concluded upon written confirmation or the execution of the agreed service.
4. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Euro. Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period without deduction.
5. Deadlines and Execution
Agreed deadlines will be met whenever possible. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable events do not constitute a claim for damages.
6. Liability
Backup Paradise LDA is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed exclusively within the framework of statutory data protection regulations and will not be passed on to third parties without consent.
8. Final Provisions
The laws of Portugal shall apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
